About the TeensHope Website

This site is operated by the Central United Methodist Church in Asheville, NC. Our mission is to serve and help you, in an honest, private and confidential way.

Although this site is supported by a church, we do not want to pressure you into joining any particular church. The purpose of this site is to help teens as a public service - to answer your questions and be here as a valid resource. If we haven't helped you, we want to know! Please use our Contact page.

The Central United Methodist Church in Asheville was founded in 1837, on its present location. Since then, the church itself has undergone several renovations and additions.

Today, the church provides regular church services on Sundays, Sunday School classes, discussion groups, health information, and special youth activities.

This web site was founded with support from The Proverbs 22 Fund and  J. Roger Gregg. We are grateful for their help in making this public service site a reality.
